Plymouth Albion winger Tom Bowen, who finished this season as the top try scorer with 17 touchdowns, has had the honour of being named in the 2013-14 Greene King IPA Championship Dream XV.
For the first time the Dream XV was selected by the head coaches of each club with each one not allowed to select any of their own players.
Bowen who scored 14 tries in the league and 3 in the British & Irish Cup becomes the first Albion player to be selected for the Championship Dream XV since French winger Nic Sestaret was included seven seasons ago.
The official RFU press release said, “Bowen scored in Albion’s opening day win over Jersey and never looked back. The 21 year old finished the season as Albion’s top try scorer, earning him a full-time England Sevens contract in the process.
