Plymouth Albion today strengthened their squad by signing Sireli Naqelevuki and Romana Graham on loan from Devon neighbours the Exeter Chiefs.
33 year old Fijian born Naqelevuki, who plays in the centre, was one of the stand out players in the Premiership last season but has struggled to get game time with the Chiefs this campaign.
27 year old lock Graham, who has played for the New Zealand Maori, joined Chiefs this season and is another who has found it difficult breaking into the starting line up at Exeter.
The move to Plymouth will give both players the opportunity to get some competitive rugby.
Albion head coach James Shanahan speaking about acquisition of Naqelevuki and Graham said, “Both have played top quality rugby and when Exeter contacted us to see if we could give them game time it was good for us as we have a few players struggling with injury.
“Having players like Naqelevuki and Graham join gives us an extra edge and it has given our whole squad a lift.
