Plymouth Albion are on the road this Saturday, April 7, tackling a 680-mile round trip for their National League One fixture against Hull Ionians (KO 3pm).

The two sides last met at Brickfields in December, when Albion put away the visitors with ease 29-3.

Albion are now fourth in National League One with two games in hand after last week’s re-scheduled game against Loughborough Students was once again called off due to a waterlogged pitch, while the home team lie in 13th place.

Albion’s most recent league game was on Saturday, March 24, against Coventry at Brickfields, when they were forced to field a largely inexperienced team, due to widespread injuries and illness.

The away fixture against Hull Ionians is the first of six remaining National League One games this season and Hallett’s goal for the squad remains to simply get better each week.
