The first game of the decade, the first win of the decade!

By Kevin Westlake at Clifton Lane. After the first weekend break since the middle of August, Albion returned to action in National One against former Championship Rivals Rotherham Titans. Head Coach James Scaysbrook made several changes to the team defeated by Cinderford in terrible conditions at Brickfields a fortnight ago. The backline saw the introduction of youngsters Shea Cornish, Sam Morley and Joe Snow, with Connor Eastgate moving to Full Back. PLYMOUTH ALBION 5-18 CINDERFORD By Jack Guthrie James Scaysbrook’s first home game as Plymouth Albion head coach ended in defeat, as they lost to Division one rivals Cinderford 18-5 after the away side’s “really dominant” performance. ‘I love the club, and this is where I want to finish my time’ as captain puts pen to paper

The club is excited to announce a new three-year contract for our Number 8 Herbie Stupple, who has been with the club since 2010, captaining it for the last four years. ‘There is no other club I want to play for’ Herbie Stupple said in an interview today. ‘Others have had opportunities to move on, but the club has always looked after me over the years and I love being here.
