CINDERFORD 36 – PLYMOUTH ALBION 29 Plymouth Albion suffered a second successive narrow, but high scoring defeat at Cinderford yesterday. For Albion’s shortest trip of the season, up the M5 to Gloucestershire, coach Ben Gulliver made a number of small tweaks to the side that narrowly lost to Bishops Stortford the week before at Brickfields. Kit Launch & Meet the Players If you haven’t already picked up on the media, tomorrow night from 7.30pm Plymouth Albion are hosting the Kit Launch & Meet the Players event in the Bidfood Marquee. NAVY RUGBY CAPTAIN SIGNS FOR ALBION Scott Makepeace brings a wealth of experience with him when he joins Plymouth Albion, including a stint as Captain of the Royal Navy’s Under 23s side. Scott didn’t really start playing rugby until his teens as football was the favourite sport at his school.
