Plymouth Albion Kit Reveal 2018 / 2019

24th August 2018 | Category: Latest News

PLYMOUTH ALBION REVEAL THE NEW HOME & AWAY KIT FOR THE 2018/2019 SEASON….

Last night Plymouth Albion revealed the new kit to a well attended audience at the Brickfields. The kit, designed by Kioo Marketing and produced by Kitworld in Plymouth, will have its first appearance on the pitch tomorrow for the game against the Cornish Pirates.

The kit has been carefully thought out to ensure that a more modern look, whilst retaining the tradition colours and features that are part of Albion’s heritage.

Research going back many years enabled a professional colour match to the original green & red hoops, but with the modern game demanding a more modern approach, the hoops are present but with a twist.

Dan Mugford commented; “As a squad we’re delighted with the quality and design of the playing shirts. The home shirt is traditional Plymouth Albion with a modern twist. Something we hope we can replicate on the field whilst playing in it.

The away shirt is something a little different from traditional Albion, but as players were delighted with the way it looks. Hopefully, as we continue to build as a playing squad we will put our own history into the grey that now represents Plymouth Albion away form home.”

We’d like to thank all our kit sponsors this season for their support, they are:

Tolchards Drinks

Thatchers Cider

Take a look at the images below, we’re sure you’re going to love the new look!
