☀️BBQ on the 5th of September☀️

We are hosting a BBQ at Brickfields on the first Saturday in September!
Everyone is welcome and it will be a great opportunity to meet players, see friends and get back to the place we have all missed so dearly.
There will be no entry fee but food and drinks will be available for purchase throughout the day!
If you are planning on coming along to our BBQ on Saturday please click either ‘interested’ or ‘going’ on our Facebook event so we can know the numbers we are working with. Your safety is our first priority! If you don’t have Facebook, please let us know if you are attending by emailing, thank you.

What to expect on the day:

A one-way system will be in place in the clubhouse bar, please be patient with us, please take note of signs ensuring you follow the correct route.

Please ensure you maintain a social distance (2 meters) when queuing, there will be markers on the floor in the clubhouse.

There will be no indoor seating, only outdoor, please ensure that you sit with either your own support bubble.

Hand sanitiser will be provided.

Toilets will be checked and cleaned/wiped every hour.

Only bottles/cans/spirits in PLASTIC cups will be served throughout the day, there will be no draught beers available.
Please can you pay on the card where possible.

You will be asked to provide your contact details on arrival which we will keep for 21 days to keep you safe.
Anyone we believe to be not abiding by these rules will be removed from the premises, we will be doing our utmost to protect our staff and customers as much as we can.

Food will be served from 1500-1800, you are to buy your meal ticket at the bar and hand this ticket to the BBQ area to collect your food, again please ensure you are patient when waiting/queueing and are maintaining a 2-meter distance between yourself and the person in front of you.

The bar will be open from 1400 and last orders at 1945 to close at 2000 sharp.
